Re: 66 suburban build
I’m gonna try some buddy buckets in my burb. I installed frame today to see what modifications I needed to do and amazingly the bolt holes lined up. I’m gonna cover them in a factory style pattern.

Re: 66 suburban build
I'll be looking forward to seeing those seats during CTC this year, if I don't get to before then.

Re: 66 suburban build
It’s been a while on updates but I’m finally building a new home for my burb. Now I have room to start some upgrades to it.

Re: 66 suburban build
I've always been a big fan of your Burb and am now curious if you can share any pics of these forthcoming changes you are making? Wheel pics, Dakota Gauges etc. Are you giving the top a fresh coat or changing the color? BTW - your new garage/shop looks great!

Re: 66 suburban build
Thanks man, yes I’m gonna add progress pics to my thread. We painted it 9 years ago and the rain gutters sealer needs attention so I’ll dig it out add some new sealer and repaint top same color. Installing RTX gauges because I like the stock look. Thanks

It’s been awhile but here’s a recent pic of my burb. Repainted top, changed shocks, brakes and new wheels and tires.

I've always been a big fan of your burb Nobby and the recent wheel change looks great. Was curious why you repainted the top?

Re: 66 suburban build
Thanks man, it’s been painted 9 years and the seam sealer in the rain gutters started cracking also had some small blistering in spots so we dug out seam seal, replaced it and blocked the top and reshot top.
