Re: Owen's C10

more progress! I replaced the swiss cheese that was part of the lower rad support with some flat plate. it should have lots of support for inner fenders and not collect as much dirt and water as the original with the lip removed. some of the upper structure was rusted away at the bottom, so replaced that as well. also shaved the folded sheet metal that is on top of the rad support...

Re: Owen's C10

So...not much going on here, still waiting for my PB stuff. went ahead and ordered some PB hood hinges which I'm going to need soon enough. also I got enough new body parts coming to build a short bed minus the floor.

Re: Owen's C10

What are the rims on the front? Do you still have the original air cleaner that was on it in the beginning? I'm looking for 67 air cleaner for a 4 barrel carb. Truck looks great!

Re: Owen's C10

I got the bridge assembly cut down and fit to the frame. I had to remove the bracket, cut some off the straight tube and add to the curved tube, then weld the bracket back on. waiting on the lower bag/watts mounts, they should be here this week as well as the new bed. When the wheels get here then I can measure for the rear end to get narrowed.
