His profile says here is a truck driver and his last post/and last time online was on the 16th. Either he is on a long haul, or he is ignoring us

Hey Doug,I know you`re new here.Maybe you`re just out of town, but we have no way of knowing since you didn`t mention it.As shown here, you get alot of response posting parts for sale on this site. And,you may not have have been aware there`s a "code" we follow that gives responders dibs in order of their responses. If you still have the bed for sale,I`m ready to take it.If you sold it,I understand it probably happened before you were made aware of the "code".And,even though there will be some disappointed people,I think we can all forgive you.Just c`mon back and let us know.Nobody wants to run you off.

Welcome to the board from the north east first off.

You may want to reply and offer the sale of your parts to those who have shown interest in the order they are posted on this thread before going with the cash in hand method.

Good luck with your sale.

LoL..I had to come back to reply to this one..Why you ask?..Cause I still have the bed..See why this "those who have shown interest in the order they are posted on this thread " doesnt work so well? Cause another guy further down in the order is a serious buyer and a guy on the TOP of the list could jerk your chain for weeks while you lost a potential sale waiting for the TOP guy to contact you on picking up the item he was so interested in. By the way bed is still for sale.

I`m still trying to buy it.Just having a hard time getting to you with a trailer.I understand your impatience. If I say I want it,that`s a bond.I wouldn`t chase off others just to leave you hanging.I`m obligated. Thanks

Probably none of my business, but have you paid Doug for the bed and made him aware of your troubles in finding a trailer? You fondly spoke about a certain "code" on this board, but payment and communication is also a paramount factor to that code.

As an impartial bystander I see:
on 4/26 Doug said the two of you can remove the bed.
On 5/3 you ask if he has the bed off.
On 5/16 Doug is worrying about getting stiffed.

Still for sale.Yup,I know the code.I`m backing out.I don`t get replies on board,pm,or phone.Maybe he sold it.I tryed last weekend, got the Sandblaster to remove the bed that was on my trailer.I was trying to reach him.I realize he may have been out and wasn`t expecting a call since he thinks I`m such a loser.I said I`d try the next day,but since he didn`t respond,I figure he`s fed up with me and it isn`t worth the hassle.I wanted the bed off before I came for it.He said no problem. We did alot of pming that others aren`t aware of.As you will recall,it was first listed six weeks ago.I was very ready to pick it up in mid-April.But,he disappeared. This whole thing started off with poor comunication.I`ve ignored his little jabs,I just wanted the bed.I deal straight.Anyone can jerk you around, first responder or the guy that jumps in.There`s less honor in jumping in,so I`d trust him least.Anyway,Doug76,if you still have the bed, here your bump. It`s the least I can do.
