I did the madelectrical.com upgrade
I got some water tight relays off of some 80's cars at pick npull. The headlight power now turns on the relay and I got twice as bright lights now. I'm running Silver Star halogen. http://www.madelectrical.com/electri...adlights.shtml |

I've always sworn by these from the Bus Depothttp://www.busdepot.com/nl910ch4 with 55/100W halogen bulbs and relays for hi/lo. These are basically Indian made copies of the 70's Cibie Z beams with the same or similar beam pattern(E code). They also seem to be quite durable. I've used them on several vehicles with 7" rounds because it's hard to beat that price. That's what's going in my new 67.
