You get to run around topless all year? I haven't seen a blue sky like that for months! Fine looking rigs BTW

Here's one of my recent purchases. It is a 70 CST. If I keep it long enough I'll put it on the road for this summer.

my ugly beast is getting a face lift. I'm taking off the grill, hood, fenders, doors, tailgate, windsheild, and cowel cover to have them stripped and painted. The interior, fenders, and inside of pannels will be done with Quiet Car and herculinner; the roll cage will get fresh powder coat. All the holes in the body will be fixed with welded pannels (i'm no pro).

I have not decided on color scheme, but it will be good!

this is not a restored to origional truck; built for a beating

my buddy has a sweet stock blazer, but I don't inderstand why???

notice the welder/helmet, sand for blasting, sander, and parts missing. I'm just getting started.

Re: How Many 4 Wheel Drive Blazers Do We Have?

Just got my approval to post today so here's my 1970 Jimmy in its current dissasembled state. My Mom bought it in 1971 and I bought it from her in 2000. She wouldnt have let me buy it if it wasnt gettin too hard for her to get in and out of it! She loves that old truck!
Very cool forums here, and so many great old trucks! I look foreward to seein more of you guys stuff and maybe I can contribute some.

Later---Doug
