I know this isn't "working" but just came across this photo and had to post it here. It's not "working" but soon would be, unusual truck to come out of the factory at that time.

Looking at the crane and the strap under the rear of the 4X4 panel truck, I can imagine why the cabs and doors don't line up well out of the factory.

I can't explain it, I just LOVE seeing these photos! I study the whole thing, the back ground, every bit of it. I have always loved "life" photos, they aren't Posed or made up to look pretty, just friggin life.
