Re: Good frame paint over Eastwood RE ???

I used Rustoleums 'Hammered" finish paint. Seemed to be really quite durable and a rattle can is about 5 bucks at Home Depot. Comes in black, sliver and a few other colors. Just another option and if it chips I can hit it again easily.

Re: Good frame paint over Eastwood RE ???

I just used Eastwoods gloss chasis black on my blazer and it seems very tough also seems to have some asphalt or tar content, self etches well and takes about a month to wash off skin so it should hold well on steel. The gloss coat is very shiny but they also sell a satin if thats your thing .No long term report from here but I was fairly impressed so far.
