i didn't, Im actually gonna swap them to 1 piece for a cleaner look. The passenger side slider is cracked anyhow

got my "new" seats!! working on installing them tonight and will finish up tomorrow. Then i have to figure out the wiring for them. Their from a trailblazer with power options. Not sure what all they have as the pigtail for the drivers side has 17 wires..... wasn't expecting that for sure..

got the firewall sanded and prepped. Sprayed a little self etch on it tonight. Ill paint it tomorrow. Also got the chassis all cleaned up and painted. Haven't painted the control arms yet as Im about to change ball joints, inner and outer tie rods and wheel bearings. That way i know their all new and good to go....On a side note i sold the tbi 350 already so thats good too, less clutter in the garage.

garage lighting is killing the color in the photos. Im thinking the chevy orange on the engine has to go. It'll clash big time I'm afraid.....

repainted the valve covers and engine cover, The colors just weren't working together. Using alot of spray paint on this one as Its planned to be my daily driver

got her fired up and running last night! Got a few things to tidy up under the hood and put the dash back together, Then its on to finalizing bodywork and paint!!

engine is all buttoned up, except the blue filter!! Got the bottom of the new hood painted and installed as well. Drove it around a bit yesterday and then started tearing it down for paint.

Will keep ya posted

So clean. Even in primer. Everyone gives me ****for converting mine to 2wd but I think there's not much sweeter than a lowered blazer with the top off
