67-68 chev fenders are the same as 67-72 GMC. Of course the 67's do not have marker lights. It is very easy to tell the diference. The 69-72 chev fenders have indentations where the aluminum grills overlap the fender. The other ones are totally smooth.

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
Yes, not bad for our nasty winters. Probably would have had a perfect floor if it weren't for the shag carpet trapping in the moisture.

I'll keep that in mind if I can't find any locally. Thanks!

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
Those are definately 69-72 chev fenders. The rad saddle also looks like a 69-72 piece. The easiest way to tell is if there are threaded holes along the bottom for the splashpan to mount to. I can't see them in the pics.

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
67 enders are the same as 68 minus the marker light hole but 69-72 CHEVY fenders are different. 68-72 GMC fenders are all the same. the difference is in the leading edge of the fender. Chevys didn't get the trim, so no holes. GMCs had a piece of trim there so they did. there my be other differences as well. I am sure others will chime in if there is, but I know those. nice save BTW

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
Up here decent original fenders are so hard to find, I don't worry about trim holes. I just worry about rust holes.

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
Have you heard anything good or bad about fenders from Crosscanada parts here in Edmonton? They have 67 fenders in stock for $230/side, about the same price as AMP Panels. My first choice would be to get some good used ones though..

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
I have some fenders that I bought off of Rory before he shut down. But I have not had the opportunity to test them. I believe they are from counterpart.

No, I think I might have some decent originals in storage. But with the cold I haven't been able to check.

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
Made some room in my ghetto garage today and squeezed the Burb in next to the Blazer. I'm leaning towards yarding the Targetmaster 305 in favor of a 1971 350 I have kickin around.

Re: My first 67-72! (68 Burb)
I also dug out the 68 rad support I've been storing since before I even had a truck for it.. Looks like it might clean up nice, might need a new battery tray.

Pulled out the 305 today, I'll probably sell it.
