Ditto, I used Castrol 10W40 dino oil in my old truck's stock 350 Goodwrench motor, it liked it. Ran smooth. Unknown number of miles on the truck, odometer tells me 80k (more like 180k I'm sure). I sure don't change the oil in that truck every 3k miles, more like 5k miles.
