Re: rarest options?
I would say one with a true speed warning option in the speedo would be very rare.
I have a warning in mine but it's one I bought out of a dump truck. My dad had bunches of these trucks back in the day and I never saw one I remember and he could order anything he wanted on them. He was head of truck fleet sales for many a year in Charlotte for GM. He had them in the camaro's he had but never saw one in his trucks.

Gotta be the ultra-rare hood mounted antenna that was only available on the Corvette optioned truck AND the HI PERF ambulance engine!

Re: rarest options?
The 8 track was an accessory not an option at least not as a RPO. Drip rail molding is a rare option, offered in 69 discontinued in 70.

Re: rarest options?
Yep. I have a '69 CST 396 truck that has the drip rail trim. They were retained by the rosette rivets used on VIN tags.

Re: rarest options?
Hmmm ^^^
'67 Super Customs weren't exactly rare. That fender badge isn't an option. It's the emblem that came on '67 GMC Super Customs, the Chevy CST equivalent. If this thread was about rare or hard to find parts, that badge would be on the list. It's not available as a reproduced part.
