Junkyard rescue

I'm new to this forum and these trucks. I am a fabricator/metal shaper. I hope to learn more about these trucks as I plan to rescue this orange 1970 C20 from the crusher. It appears to be original and complete. Looks like only the wiring and heater box were messed with.

My plan is to get it running and fix it mechanically. Then bump the sheet metal to fix some of the larger damage. Then just use it and enjoy driving it as it tells its own history.
