The front xmember came from Flat out engineering it's kinda tricky to install the upper a-arms need to be clearanced into the frame Rail I'll post picks soon!

The front crossmember is from Flat Out Engineering Part #3002 - '62-'72 Chevy Pick-Up they are around 900.00 The rear setup looks a lot like the Flat Out kit but they quit making it for the c10 some time back but the may still the blueprints.
