Cool looking truck rendition. I got a quick question on the front end. Are you going to french in the turn signals into the headlights or are you doing something more factory style?

I was kinda wondering the same thing. According to the rendition, I figured he would fill (shave?) the front markers and find some street rod style headlights that have the signals integrated in the headlight. I don't know if something like that exists, but it can be made.

Sorry for the delay, Brandon. Here's a pic of the turn signal integrated into the headlight. (Not cheap, about $190 for a pair.) But, they do look cool.

Yogi's sells the them. You can also get them at Yearwood. If you hit a rod show where Yogi's (or another vendor) that carries them, sometimes you can get them for a few dollars cheaper (~$20).

Thanks for the pic. That's a sweet setup but for $190 that's crazy for me

Here's a rod with them installed with the amber lite up. (BTW, the headlight takes a H4 type bulb.)

Ooh. That looks like a '37 Chevy. Mine has some Vespa turn signals hanging below the light.

Yeah, I remember his writeup for the SEMA showcase. It's too bad, he didn't have it running, especially after all the long nights he put in. It must have been hard for him to hear all those engines roaring at the closing of SEMA while his 720 HP sat idle (no pun intended). I agree, it is a cool buildup (and writeup).

Yup, it's a 37. He used to have square motorcycle lights (above the bumber) before the headlight upgrade. I take it the Vespa turn signals are off of the Vespa scooters. I vaguely remember you posting a picture of your '37. Cool ...

I had forgotten about his headlight mod. I've been following his build up of Project 33 since its' inception, 6 years and counting. (Wow) He's done a great job building his rod entirely on the web.

Thanks for the reminder.
