Glad to report that after a several-month pause, I was able to get back on it and will post pics soon. have the rear frame prepped for the Porter stage II kit, and getting my education on Eaton rear!

You've seen this phase many times on various projects, but here it is on mine. At least I can show a little progress. Actually, I'm a day farther along than this pic. The rear end is out and being cleaned, resealed, re-braked, and repainted. The frame has been excised of about 80% of the child-proof rivets. At least enough are gone to cut out the notches. It's getting a Stage II trailing arm package so it can keep the load floor. I'd drop it to the ground, but this truck has to work.
It was encouraging that most of the bolts came loose pretty easily. The frame was still clean enough that the chalk marks were intact on the rear crossmember!
