I remember that truck well and what a good deal it was back then. I would have jumped on it but couldn't swing the extra cash at the time. Great job!

Re: truck i baught off "junkyardjohn" almost done
Wow thanks for my new wall paper. The paint is so slick. How many man hours did the paint take? Did you go with wood or steel bed floor? any pics of that? Did you have to tub the rear with the 20x10? Excellent work. I am so insanely jealous right now.

Re: truck i baught off "junkyardjohn" almost done
The paint and body work took about 8 months and about 400 hours and i started with a absolutly rust free project nevada truck it has yet to be wet sanded and polished and it appears lazer straight so im happy with that, steel box floor.i shaved the dash front and loovers for heat in the top by the dash pad, next smoothed the whole firewall, box steak pockets, inside of front fenders, any holes in box under or on top etc etc.no mini tubbing whatsoever in the rear just had to be pretty exact when building the rear end cause tuking 295 only gives you about 3/4 inch on each side of the rear tire.

Sweet truck, and even sweeter work.
The black on black on black with just a tiny touch of chrome is as good as it ever gets, no question. Is that multiple coats of lacquer or ??? Our driveway is two miles of solid gravel and pot holes. Sold both black vehicles within a month of moving in. Love your work!
