The cuts in the frame or core support? For the frame a hole saw on my drill and for the core support a cut off wheel on a angle grinder.

Yes. The ball. Joints were fairly new.

Just took advantage of Classic Industries 25% off for Christmas and placed a order. I was going to order a grill but even with 25% of it is less to order it from summit as the shipping is so much less at summit.

Just about ready to continue on the truck and just found out I will be moving to Italy for work in 6 months and will be there for 2-3 years. Now I have to figure out how and where to store it.

Ouch that's gotta put a damper in your plans, you will have to store both trucks and the car? I take it you rent and not own the house your in?

Own the house. Will sell it and will be putting it on the market soon. Going to loan the c20 to my father in law and place the corvette and c10 in storage. I think I am going to have to reassemble the c10 to transport it.
