1971 longhorn, the first pic was taken at 12,000', there was a distinct gasoline smell at this altitude, but it wasn't driven at this altitude for very long, just long enough to get it over the rocky mountains.

I think it had 265/75's or 285's with basically a stock set of front springs in the rear. I think this was a conversion truck back in the day.
