If Gary passes I'll take the arm rest , seatbelts and escutcheons and carpet if the carpet will fit a blazer low hump. ONLY if Gary passes!!

I wouldn't need the center seatbelt......
Are the retractors in good operating condition?

Yes the retractors work as they are supposed to. I will give Gary until this evening to respond. If he passes, I will make a package deal.

I'm not sure if the van steering wheel is the same as the truck wheel.
