I think the cowl area is perfect. Yes I would be willing to cut and ship. Let me send you a PM with some details and some questions I have.

Yes I do. It is untouched and in great shape. Just has surface rust on the top since that face was untreated from factory. I cut the outer roof off in my garage a few months ago, so not like it has been exposed a long time.

If I cut the red lines shown in the picture below, I would want $50 plus shipping. That would leave all tack welds in place leaving in place the top windshield frame, the tops of door frames, and almost all of the drip rail.

It would be very labor-intensive to drill out those spot welds, which I could do, but I would want $150 plus shipping in that scenario.

What is your zip code? I can try to get a shipping estimate. Cutting it down the middle would probably reduce shipping...do you want it quoted as one piece or two halves in one box?....or other ideas?

Re: A/C Dash, Firewall, Low Hump, & Other Cab Cuts

I think just the wiper area I have marked.

I need it as close to the firewall as possible or if its easier even some of the top of the fire wall.

What do you think that would run ?

Thanks
Allen

You still have the LH cab corner, need area in picture and about 10" around the corner in back if dent free.
Thanks

It has one quarter-sized dent that's not very deep (definitely less than 1/8" deep, probably 1/16" deep) shown with the red arrow. It has another area of "rub" shown with green arrow. Not really a dent, but appears a little metal has been worn away.

The blue line shows where I measure 10" in from the outer most edge. There is a 3/8" hole outside the 10" and one 1/4" hole within the 10" (yellow arrows). The cab corner is rusted/gone. The gray stuff on bottom portion of corner is undercoating with a little bit of moss growing on top.

I don't see any other damage from the inside or outside.

If you're still interested, I'm thinking I will cut at the blue dashed line, if that works for you. I would want $45 plus shipping. These cuts have been more time-intensive than I originally thought they would be....

Let me know!
John

Re: A/C Dash, Firewall, Low Hump, & Other Cab Cuts

Do you have any drip rail left? I would like a section of the rail that runs down from the top at the rear of the door opening. If I had one side from the radius down, I think that would be enough.

Also looking for sbc engine stands.

I have the drip rail on both sides starting at the roof seam and all the way down. Cutting out 1" on each side of the drip rail, I would want $20 each plus shipping. If you just wanted one side, I would probably give you the passenger side. Let me know....

Sorry no engine stands.
