Re: Whats the name of your project???
When I brought my truck home, my daughter said it looked like a daisy because of the yellow with white roof. She has been "Daisy" ever since (even though she is black now).

Re: Whats the name of your project???
Mine made me act like a kid with a new toy and with the work it's needed I call it my Truckamuck. Like Palf70step, the wife calls it that too now instead of @$#%&*)!, @# $#%^%, ^%#@!@##$^^&*), (**&&*^%%$#@@ and "that ugly thing"

Re: Whats the name of your project???
Well my 71 SWB is "project slow build" it has been 7yrs in the making.
My new 70 2wd blazer is "Project Illusion" You may see why when it is done or you may not!! One customers rig is "Project Trazer" doing a truck cab on a 2wd blazer" Another customer rig is "Project Penicillin" for good reasons, RUST! And a search with these names will show the build thread for all but "project Illusion" won't be shown untill it is done! Kevin LFD Inc. |

Re: Whats the name of your project???
"Tanya Sue"... after my "snooty" neighbor (Her name ironically is Tanya ) that lives across the street and complains about my "old junk".. Can you imagine how pissed she was looking out her front window to see this everyday? I don't know if she was seriously offended or not, but I decided to have fun with it anyway.
note the PAINTED name on the tailgate before dissasembly.. Would you believe I spent half a day getting this paint job right?! Before... A few weeks ago... I think she'll be impressed when it's done... The Chassis is done except e-brake and exhaust.. Bodywork has been started...

Re: Whats the name of your project???
Well there is the SEE TEN
Then this is just the "big truck" When I had an 84 Silverado I called it the Camorado for obvious reasons. I had a buddy that insisted on calling my 66 Frankentruck due to all the different donors that allowed it to live. |

Re: Whats the name of your project???
My son has called my 68 the "Hot Rod Truck" (more specifically, HIS Hot Rod Truck), and my 70 4x4 has been called "Goldie" since my Dad bought her in 1972.
