Thanks, it’s back in the shop now waiting on some time to start welding. This is going to be the very last project for this shop as it is soon to be sold by the company I work for. I’m bummed about that. I’ve had a lot of great memories in there over the last 8 years.

Were you able to get anymore work done on it before they closed shop?

lol, well they haven’t sold it yet and haven’t pushed me at all to get the last of my stuff out of there yet… so the Camaro SS and the K10 are both still there. I’m about half done on the welding work on the frame. Life just got busy and I haven’t had time to finish it. I’m hoping to have it done in the next couple weeks.

Re: Here we go again... The Tumbleweed 69 K10 Shorty

I got about 95% of the welding work done to the front of the frame. I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I need another hour or so with the flap disk to clean some stuff up, then some paint. I’m going to add the ord steering box brace to it as well.

Thumbs up Re: Here we go again... The Tumbleweed 69 K10 Shorty

Somehow I missed this thread. Nice to see you making some progress on this truck.
