what drives me crazy is that it was just running fine the other day. I have it narrowed down to my choke. when I test drove it the first few time it was in the afternoon. the last few times she fought me was in the morning crossing my fingers. after a trip around the block should the choke be wide open already?

also there was a nice pool of gas sitting on the bottom butterfly valves is this normal?

Think it may have fell in when I had the engine apart carb was in a box under a table pull it apart clean it up was running good drove it got home running like crap lol freakin rubber air intake plug came off put right size on ain't life grand

Yeah plastic caps in the carb can have that effect...
