All the help you need is right here on the forum, I'd say you know allot of people. LOL

Rolled the cab outside yesterday and washed it out. It's amazing what ends up in these things after 50 years.

Re: Jackalope

That cab looks to be in prime condition. Is that what a firewall is SUPPOSED to look like? I've never seen one without a lot of extra holes, LOL.

Love that pic inside the shop with the two hot rods in the background.

Re: Jackalope

It sure is nice to see Delmo's builds, not a lot of bull**** back and forth like mine and others. Its "Got the truck, got it apart, got the chassis done, got it powdercoated, etc. On to the next part. I would love to have your job. I assume you make your living this way?

Are you going to buy a wiring kit for that LS already pre-routed for that style truck (I think you can buy them from someone who cuts out what you dont need), or are you just pulling ECM and harness out of a donor and doing your own splicing?

Re: Jackalope

Thanks guys. Sounds good to me Sam. LOL

Tapping into the stock harness, obviously I'll clean it up the best I can and hide as much as possible.

I get the chassis back tomorrow so in the meantime I stripped the bed and got the rear end ready to drop in with new rotors and calipers etc.
