Re: ATTENTION: In regards to James Blanton aka "tex parts 67-72" and Partner.

I bought some clear parking lenes off him for $10. After 2 weeks I
got a email saying they were returned to him. Bad address???
This has never happened so I gave him the right address AGAIN and he
said he shipped em out but I owed him some $. Then he said they came
back again. At this point I just wanted the dam lenes and him out of
my life so I sent him the $18 he wanted and a miracle must of happened
because they arrives two days later at the address I sent him three or four times. So for $28US I got them after 6 weeks.........He sucks ass.

Re: ATTENTION: In regards to James Blanton aka "tex parts 67-72" and Partner.

Some of this guys are also doing same stuff on a popular VW Site, Im into the VW scene too, and I was about to sent some money to a town named Lone Oak in TX but the guy never sent pics of the items and he changed his name twice JAMES and Richard was the same guy.
2 weeks after on the same vw site a guy was looking for the same guy from Lone Oak TX for $1,000 transaction !!!
I know some times is hard for us to find parts locally, but I have decide not to buy any parts within a 400 Miles radius from my area.
for $400 I'll go on a 400 Mile drive to KICK $OME1s A$$ the $h!+ out of them !

Hey Josh,
Excellent job on catching this crook. To all the other guys, if you can show that he stole any of value from anyone, charges can be pressed on him for using the internet as a means of the theft. I have filed many chatges on subjects using the internet for scams.

I say contact the police agency where you live and file a report and then the agency where he lives and forward the case number you got to them. Let put heat on him. I had sold and bought item and all dealing were great, even met a guy at the TX/La border for a deal.

Stay safe and keep the crook off this site.

Re: ATTENTION: In regards to James Blanton aka "tex parts 67-72" and Partner.

I guess That explains why when I was trying to register for the first time my profile was immediately locked and I was immediately and permanently banned with no way of asking why?

And of course if I look under that profile it say permanently banned and no reason given.

Of course my name is also James but I live in Decatur Texas not Lone oak texas.

At first I thought it was unfair to immediately get locked out and permanently band with no explanation but figured I just typed something wrong.

Btw

I bend over backwards after being a victim of ID theft to net even use my real name.

I look forward to seeing members of this forum in the Denton Decatur and DFW area swap meets, c10 gatherings, and local car shows.
I missed the good guys swap meet and southwest moved from Decatur to tms so I missed it to since it wasn’t at the Decatur fair grounds.

Please shoot me a PM when you get a chance. I would like to review the issue as we do not typically perma ban anyone without due cause, especially new members

James got some money from me back in March, and I never recieved the parts, I would have been happy to at least recieved something, I'm glad he's gone. Maybe we could send this to Ebay to let them know what a weasel he is.

i bought a 700r4 from him. i went out to his place in lone oak tx and looked at his chrome stuff too. needless to say the 700 was the only part i brought home with me. good thing i new what to look for in a 700. his chrome parts are old parts he pulls from the junk trucks and sends toa chrome shop. he doesn't even try to fix them or clean them up before chroming.

TEXAS

I'm from Texas and don't like guys like that putting out bad impressions so I want to take the time to say that all members from Texas are not like that,I have dealt with nightmare, smonty, and superchevy from this board and have met them in person and must say they are some of the nicest people I've come across in my short time here on this board. So thats it IMO.

I guess I have been very fortunate. I have bought many parts from truckparts67_72 on ebay and have been very pleased. I recommend using pay pal so you can dispute the credit card charge if you are not satisfied. All in all I guess I dont agree, or I have been lucky.

I called smooth72 awhile back about some doors that he was selling and he said his name was James, but I never bought them because he would never send me pics. Then a couple months went by and I was going to buy a cab from slicknsmooth72 and quess what NO pics again, then I realized the voice sounded the same as smooth72 and so I asked what his name was, quess what, this guys name was James again. So I then did a search on the two names and found out that the phone numbers were the same. After getting a little pissed I confronted him about being smooth72 and slicknsmooth72 and asing if his name was James B. he hung up the phone. OH btw, he said he was never a board member before when I was talking to him as slicknsmooth72. You be the judge.

Just sharing some info.
Ron
That sounds a little fishy to me,maybe Josh will check it out.
