Bottom line, do what you want with your truck. Cause its your truck!

If I were to try and pull it off, I would start with a 67 short box fleet. And make a "if it had been made in 67" sort of ss350 tribute.

Like the 67 SS-350 camaro came equipped, I would make sure it includes heavier suspension components, Wide-Oval tires, and, of course, special "SS" emblems, a bumblebee stripe up front, and simulated hood scoops. The biggest thing would be make sure its all period correct, from color of paint down to the emblems. I would probably shake it up with a slight drop, a 2/4 or 3/5 being the lowest, and then some 16 or 17 inch ralley (raw/gray center and chrome outer) wheels with red lines. Pale yellow color.

You might get a lot of head scratching from people...
