It looks like upping the pressure worked. I was just reading the other thread, and agreed with everything they said. The pressure was low, your fan was too narrow, and you weren't moving fast enough. Looks like you got it now....

Yeah I gotter now, but I also ran out of paint. I gotta make a trip to my friendly neighbourhood body shop today and see if I can buy a quart of paint to finish up some touch ups.

hmm i thought I had some close ups pics of the flatbed being constructed on this computer but I guess I don't. The frame is made from 1/8 " X 3 1/4" hand bent C channel. All the corners were coped and welded together. The frame itself weighs about 200 lbs, so by the time I build the front rack, install the rear bumper, and sheet the floor, it should be pushing 400 lbs or so

actually, fellow member "passthebuck" was up here from Winnipeg this past weekend to pick up his free bedsides and dropped off a cherry set of coil overloads for me. So I am no longer searching for a set.

Good Deal...was out "junkyarding" and found a set but they were fairly rusty. I suppose could have been blasted clean again. When I saw 'em thought I should ask you if you wanted me to get 'em for ya if you were still looking.

Good going Dube, looks good. I personally hate doing body work, just don't have the patience for it. I'll do just about anything except body and paint work..
