Re: 73-91 C-10 Flush Fit Back Glass

I like it. Wish I could afford the side windows... Installed mine last weekend. Only issue I had was due to my painter. He never removed my back window, so the original under the gasket showed. Nothing a little touch up did not fix.
Other recomendations are to warm that glue and wipe the glue off while it is wet like he says in the video. I figured it would be a mess and would just cut it out, but doing so took off some of the paint and it all does not come off easy...

Re: 73-91 C-10 Flush Fit Back Glass

Hey OPP hows that flush front windshield coming? Do you have any special forum prices coming up for buying acouple things or is your website the lowest prices?

Also I spoke with you guys acouple years ago about a solid electric rear window and was told you guys were working on it. Any progress on that product?

Re: 73-91 C-10 Flush Fit Back Glass

Love it, but shipping it to the Netherlands makes it almost unaffordable. If you ever find a way to do some cheap (I don't care if it takes 6 months) and secure shipping, I'm in for a full set of doors and rear....

This one's definitely going on my project!!! Already sent the information to my shop! Sure wish they'd come up with a front glass kit too...

We already have the pattern made for both the 67-72 and the 73-91 C-10s. We are trying to keep production here in the US, but find it difficult to keep cost down. We have sources outside the US but we don't want to deal with the issues caused by shipping into the US, but price will be very reasonable. Just keep posted.

Yep, the good 'ol government has made it VERY hard for small businesses to succeed due to cheaper products & services from abroad - it's truly a shame!!! Just rest assured - if you make a flush mount front glass kit for these trucks, people WILL buy them & I will be one of the first!!! Keep doing what you do guys - we all appreciate your efforts for the custom truck world!

How well would this glass handle with the constant vibration from subwoofers?? Would it stay in place or is there a chance of it coming off

It's glued in the same way all late model front & rear glass is so I would imagine it would do just as good. Just my thoughts.

How dark is the privacy glass? I'm wondering if I want privacy glass, or just get clear and have it tinted like the side windows?

Your in luck we made these back glasses in 2 colors the standard tint that matches our side glass and a privacy that is very similar in color to what an SUV would have now a days and they are ready to ship.

Re: 73-91 C-10 Flush Fit Back Glass

Can you get the side windows in the privacy tinted glass too or not? I'm gonna have to try you again and get the side windows and the back glass but I think I'm gonna wait until y'all come out with the flush windshield. Hopefully this time y'all will have the brackets for the windows and be able to ship them out on time.

Sorry we don't make the side glass in a privacy tint due to state laws. We just got the scrapers in about 1week ago for the 73-87 that were back ordered from our manufacturer. It is not easy working with manufacturers because of there lag time on thing which set us back on orders. We do apologize for that but sometimes its out of our hands. We have no time frame on the Flush Fit Windshield, our manufacturer has our templates for the glass. It's just a waiting game right now.
Thanks for your patience and interest!!

The rear glass looks incredible. Are you guys going to start doing these for other vehicles as well?

It all depends on market responses. I know we are most likely gonna release the 69 dodge a bodies. Chargers and challenger 1pc.
