The PO stated that it was in working order when i bought it. I have not personally tested it.

No one is in line for them, so they're yours if you want them. Just want to make sure you read the post. They are 67 only belts and it is only the retractable portion. No female parts included. Let me know if you still want them and I will PM you to exchange information. Thanks

the seat belts for 67 trucks were one year only and they are not compatible with the other years. There a few other 67 only belts that were for sale a little while back. Check those threads and you can see the difference for the female parts.
