Looks good I just did mine last week it was real simple and it looks stock if you use the inner skin my glass guy told me they make a conversion kit for these trucks I will get the link for future ref.. He told me they were pretty cheep.

man thats awsome why cant you just cut through both inner and outer panels without the need of a doner? Nevermind I see the doner has a resessed lip for proper installation of the backglass

well there was a little damage to the paint but it was at the bottom of the back of the cab between the bed and cab. grinder got it a little hot, and when i spot welded it back in, nothing a little touch up paint cant fix. hoping to take it down for a complete paint job soon anyways.allright whos next need lots of pics.

I assume you spot welded around the window opening,the base and doors. Didi you use panel adhesive on the upper seam ? Truck looks amazing with the BBW !

I cut the window frame perimeter out of the scrap cab to make it easier to separate the spot welds @ the inner panel.

I'll prob panel bond the upper seam & plug weld the lower portion of the panel to the original small window flange. This should keep the paint from getting burned on the back of the cab. The current exterior paint isn't original but it's been on there a long time & I want to preserve it as much as possible. The door jamb & window-gasket pinch flange area will get spotted as well since I do intend to re-paint the interior immediately after the window swap.

got a question... i have cut the spot welds around the window and doors. everything seems free except between the rear window panel and the inside top or headliner panel. what's the trick to separate the top panel from the window panel?
