Re: 63 rebuild
Nice build you've got going. What headers are you running?

Looks real nice. Wouldn't it be great if it always stayed that clean? Any details on the engine?

Re: 63 rebuild
Pretty engine you got there. One thing you ought to do with the headers is use a torch and heat treat the paint and use alot coats of the paint so it'll last a long time. Just my .02
The truck looks really good man!

I have to agree with the preheating before laying down the VHT paint, though if you look at my Pontiac link, I tossed my exhaust manifold into the oven at 500* and shot it hot. Laid down almost the whole can on it per the advice from the fellow who did the custom muffler work for me and so far I am very pleased with the way it is holding up. Just my .02 cents worth on top of Dudes Great and fast build... I am hoping my son will get bit by the bug and he and I will do a build like these some summer soon.... Good luck and thanks for all the pics... I am a photo junkie !!

Re: 63 rebuild
Chassis looks great, it's a slow process but it's rewarding to look at what you have done. If you are like me some times you need to look at what you have done to get you inspired for all of the work ahead. I have thousands of hours ahead and still trying to figure out the finished plan. I will be watching yours looks like you have your plan and should be fun to watch.
