I've scanned kijji in Saskatchewan and it's even more true there because as long as a truck has been safetied once it can switch owners without being re safetied. Here a cert only last a year so the prices fall a bit. But are still out to lunch.
If I had not bought my truck off my uncle who lives in Regina I'm sure I wouldn't own one. The truck was solid but needed everything mechanical and he paid 3500 bucks,the truck drove horribly had little to no brakes and steering it was more suggestive then anything else lol. Let's say it was an interesting drive home with it.
