I will type up an itemized list of what I've spent ... I'm doing most of the work with my buddy ... The only labor in the 100K is in the paint quote.

The truck with state tax was $18K of it before I started.

Here is the FIRST rendering ... I would like as many opinions as possible.

Top is Gloss Black and the bottom of the silver stripe will be a FLAT MATTE RED.

Still toying with the idea of doing everything in Black Chrome or leaving the wheels in a brushed aluminum look.

Wheels are the wrong size right now ... New rendering is being made plus stance is WRONG ... It will have a 1" gap from top of tire.

Since you asked for opinions....

I like the overall look as shown but see some opportunities for improvement.....

On the break of the color though...IMO it looks better if you break it at the body line so the bed incorporates into the paint...vs now where it looks like the bed is separate from the cab.

On the door handles, I would either matte red them to match the paint or leave chrome.

I think the outer grille shell should be chromed with the letters in black like factory...

And do the bumpers and wheels in black chrome...

OR

What I mentioned above but make the silver in the color a brushed finish, brush the trim around the windows, the door handle, the grille, bumpers, and wheels...

OR

What I mentioned above but keep just the bumpers and wheels black chrome and the rest brushed.

OR

everything the same but the lip of the rim brushed and inside black chrome

looks good. i just had harmon fuel cells make a tank for me. its pricy but the quality is second to none! has pump and filter in set up for 1000hp s/c motor. sending unit for stock dash. fuel fill is a blazer neck graghed into the short box quarter for a stock look. i am charging my battery for the camara now. will post picks on my build thread later tonight. good luck!
