Re: Redneck got a score! SWB Fleet Bed!

Ok, I'll toss it out there - if there's nothing wrong with your old bed, lemme know, I may be interested. Can you shoot me some pics of it (PM) and a price?

Hey Jason! I highly doubt I'll be selling my stepside bed. Even if I did, it will be a couple of years from now, it will be staying on the truck until the fleet bed is completely redone and repainted and I plan on taking my time this time... plus I'll be married Also, my dad has first dibs.

Your's looks to be super nice from the pics I've seen?

Have you ever test fit those seats I sold ya?

Re: Redneck got a score! SWB Fleet Bed!

Seats sat too high for my liking. I haven't tinkered with the bracketry yet. Bed sucks! Lots of major pitting on the side that faces the cab and the angle brackets that hold the outside wood in place.

The angle brackets are held on with spot welds. They can be purchased new and replaced

Sorry the seats didn't work out for ya!

They haven't "not" worked out for me yet I just haven't tinkered with how to lower them an inch or two.
