Re: Hey Green Monster

I just checked, and it is still up. He is still canceling all the bids as they come in. I know the copyright idea was not the best solution, but if it keeps members from having their pictures used, it would be worth it. I know that there are other sources for pictures, but we need to make this as hard as we can for guys like this. I have just gotten back from working a 12 night shift, but I have another idea. If someone can get his email address, they can turn him in to his ISP. Most ISP's agreements state that you can not use their service for the purpose of fraud. If he has no provider, he can't do business. I know this is a stretch, but I have been up all night and it seemed like it might work.

If it was me having my blazers pics and info on a scam listing the first thing I would do would be delete the car domain page.Get as many pics off the internet as possible. They might check car domain for info on trucks and get pics and copy the info to the listing, but I bet they dont check here.I would delete the car domain page,my 2 cents...considering it happened 2 times already
The fraudulent seller has already saved the photos onto his hard drive and uploaded them onto ebay. Taking the photos off of cardomain at this point will not prevent this guy from listing this Blazer again. He already modified the listing photo buy cutting the bottom of the photo off of it. The 2003 date was on it. I thought about writing something across the photos in transparent grey indicating the vehicle is "NOT FOR SALE". I like cardomain. You can at least see what's out there and get some ideas for your own ride. I like to look at photos of nice cars, not just cars for sale. Some of the nicest cars never go up for sale. Usually there is a line of people interested in buying the car before it even goes up for sale.

Re: Hey Green Monster

Looks like it has been pulled. It showed up on the main page, but when you clicked on it ebay has it removed.
