It would need to be replaced and also install new keys in crank.(Just had to do this on a 402 that my son (orangeuavol) and I rebuilt)

In the balancer. The crank keyway was slightly loose but added new key and took a punch and closed it up after installing key. Worked out fine.

I checked the balancer again and it does not feel loose. I checked the backside of it and it looked good there to. For the heck of it I took the truck down the street dropped it in 2nd and went from 1300 - 1500 rpms and no vibration. Any other ideas?

After thinking about it I am going to go ahead and swap the balancer. I will let you guys know how it goes afterward.
