Hey Frenchblue72, is there any chance that the 69-70 grille on that blazer would fit on the dub city truck? If so i'm going to have to find one of those banks and swap them. thanks in advance.

hey frenchblue72, the wheels just pull off. Turn them just a little while holding the opposite wheel. they will pull off after a few twists. The rod they are mounted on looks like a file. hope that helps oh, I used regular model car wheels that I had from a buick gsx. I'm thinking about finding some different wheels and some big wide rear tires for it though. Oh if you use the standard little model car wheels and tires you will have to make a new rod that is longer for the wheels to mount onto.

here's a few pics of my diecast

I need to replace the wheels with some nice ralleys......

Truck use to be the silver one, but I sanded and filled in the trimming, etc. Tried to match color of my truck...
Enjoy.

Lifting it up is easy but you can only do it just a little bit. If you pull the "axle" out of the truck and run it in the slot under where it actually goes. You might have to drill it out a bit though. If that doesn't make any sense i'll get some pics of it for you.

bondo, bondo, time, time

I used the bondo that comes in a squeeze bottle (ready to use). Took me a while to try and get the cracks filled in. Sanded, primered, sanded, primered, etc... Didn't come out perfect, but It was my first shot at it.....
Thx,

PS- As you can see in the first picture I tried to make the cab a small window (like my truck), but the bondo didn't hold up.....

Cool 1/24th scale, and 1/25

Here are some of mine that I have done. The trucks are 1/24th and the panel is 1/25.
I know the pics arn't that good.
I will have to post a couple of times.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
