You'd be surprised. When I replaced my worn out cab mounts my cab raised almost 1/2" They "rode" fine, they were just completely squished.

Are all of the bushings/ball joints, etc new?\

I've measured my truck for a drop quite a few times, still haven't done it. She varies from ~1/4"-3/8" from side to side. Those are probably pretty close to the best you'll get. 1.5" is a bit excessive

I'll take a look at the mounts.... None of the front end is new (except the springs). I don't know how many miles are on the parts but they seem pretty good and the front end is tight. I was going to get it looked over when I brought it in for the alignment.

I'm OK with it not being 100% but as you can tell from the pics, its listing like the titanic after it clipped that iceberg!
