I have no idea.... Kinda looks like a brand called "CheckMate". I don't know if they are still around. At my old shop we use to only sell "SnugTop", but theirs has a lip that drops all the way around.

I don't think the checkmate covers are being made anymore. Here is a site with two possibilies for flush mount bed covers. http://www.truckacc.com/ The Daytona and GT Classic bed covers.

Ok ya I got ahold of Checkmate covers a few weeks ago. Got a good price quoted to me but was told by other customers that it takes alot of bodywork to make them look good.

Yea it def takes alot to get the checkmate to look smooth because it comes with a rough finish. Something like line x texture.

i talked to bill at ekstensive when building that truck, 80,000 dollars in that thing. lots of fab. but, it looks dumb as hell aired up and rolling. looks like a donk.
