Sorry, forgot to get back to your first post. Sold it to a local guy this morning. He called yesterday before you posted. And I thought it was stainless, but it was aluminum. Sorry it didn't work out.

Thanks Terry.

I see. I had to sell my last used radiator at Carlisle for $35 because I could not prove if it leaked. If this radiator leaks will you take it back for a full refund?

Yes that's not a problem. I'll refund the cost of the radiator if it leaks.

Its not the right fit as its too tall for my 72, however, I will try to make it work.

That was quick! Never thought it wouldn't fit though. That's odd. Are the '72s different from the '71s?

OK just let me know if you change your mind. Greyhound is going to be the only affordable way to get this thing to you. It's huge.

Dusty,

Bad news! The radiator leaks like a sive and is unrepairable.
Please refund my paypal account as you agreed. Actually according to board policies, I am entitled to a full refund including shipping costs, as it is not my error.

Terry sends....

Re: Truck / Blazer / Jimmy / Suburban Parts For Sale

Dude you coulda just asked nicely instead of jumping all over me and filing a dispute with PayPal. I busted my ass to get the thing to you quickly so you could use it tomorrow night, and I honestly thought it was working fine, as like i said Kurt had installed it in the truck already. So now I'm out $30, a few hours of my time, and you're making me look like a crook. Thanks a lot for handling the matter in such a chill manner. Much appreciated.

You will receive a refund tomorrow.

Re: Truck / Blazer / Jimmy / Suburban Parts For Sale

Based on your actions in this situation Terry, and your lack of response to my refund, I'm getting the feeling you've lied to me and now you have my radiator AND my money.

Other forum users beware! You might want to think twice about selling anything to Tabarcus. Or at least require him to send you a check rather than PayPal, because he snatched his PayPal payment right back from me as soon as he received my item. Feeling pretty disgusted here.

Re: Truck / Blazer / Jimmy / Suburban Parts For Sale

Sorry, missed your post. I have a spare radiator support, but it's from a '71 Blazer. Do you know if it will fit? And for the other part…are you referring to the vertical support piece that the hood latch sits on top of? If so, I have one of those too.

Dustin,

I was starting to throw out all my old shipping boxes and noticed a really good gouge and slice on the back side of the shipping box for the radiator you send out to me. You should still have time to submit an insurance claim on the radiator. Sorry I did not notice it the first time around. The gouge in the box is located at the same location the radiator leaked. If you insured the shipment you should be entitled to a claim.
