Re: Tell me what you think about these wheels
I think those particular ones are Hurricanes. There were Turbo-Vecs and a few other variations. But,they were generally known as Turbines or finned aluminum.Turbines after the first carnation of this design and finned aluminum for just what they are, like slots.
I like the taller tires,too.

I think you have a winner with those wheels. I wouldn't hesitate to run them. They look great.

Re: Tell me what you think about these wheels
I agree with the shift man....not my choice in wheels. But I would never knock them if you like em'. I thought for some reason they were called Vectors???

Re: Tell me what you think about these wheels
Yeah, there was a wheel with the same setup, called 'vortex', I also remember 'directionals' (popular on Iroc's) which had teardrop shaped slots in them (there was the directional like Slick71 posted above also), and then there were also "typhoons" but I can't remember what they looked like.
I personally just love the wheels that Slick71 posted above, whether on a lowered truck, raised truck or otherwise. Look good all around.

Re: Tell me what you think about these wheels
I like them. They fit the truck more than any of the newer wheels. I have the style on both of my K20s with 35" BFG.
