Re: The lunch box

I finally got a chance to look around the site for the first time since I joined way back. I am so glad that I just started posting my build vs.looking around.(don't think I would have put in my two cents) The amount of skill, devotion, and money you guys spend is truly mind boggling. it makes me doubt my own skills and clearly points out my failure to compete on scale that has been left behind..

Geezy can one ever catch up, I'm not sure that I will.

so I'm just going to keep posting updates as long as I own the lunch box with hopes that folks realize that hot rods are a labor of love and skill building exercise. Junk yard parts work and will always be an option for modern car/truck building. Good luck with yours keep your eye on the prize...

Re: The lunch box

I'd say it'd be worth your while to keep posting and keep looking around. The point of this site is to enjoy our trucks and help each other out. There are some mind-boggling builds to be sure, but it sounds like you haven't seen any of the low dollar ones. The builds I like the best are where people work with what they have. I hope you keep building your truck. I hope you keep telling us about it. And I hope you enjoy the site with its range of projects.

Re: The lunch box

Wired an 84 dash in a 86 cab with 73 motor man that was a learning process.

Failure promotes perseverance

Pretty sure I get it now like tying knots I could wire the space x rocket.
