Old custom classic trucks have soul. Their dashboards aren't plastic, and they've survived both the best and worst of what the 20th century had to offer. For the owners of these trucks, it's often the same story. Through both good and bad times they persevered, until one day they could turn the key and roll up in a customized truck everyone with good taste would admire.Custom Classic Trucks

Re: my 64

Cool lookin project you've got going. I was checking out the fuel cell ....I should have mounted mine that way. I put the 'dump' on the side and it interfered with the bed support.

Re: my 64

I'd just keep them. It all bolts together which adds a little more strength up there.

Re: my 64

hey.. truck looks and sounds good.. but im guessin you still want street power... i know it doesnt matter when the cutouts are open, but when they arent, you lose power by having ur mufflers too close to your headers.. your supposed to move them as far away from them as you can... just my .02

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
