I did have to fix the license plate light when I registered my last vehicle in College Station. That was in 2003

Texas hammers you folks for a pickup plate. When I was stationed there at Ft.Hood they wanted $100 or $150 for Texas plates..Kept Mo Plates for like $35..since then Historic plates good for ever for $35. They do have the restriction which no one does..maintain a log of travel..yeah right it's at home in the fridge next to the cold beer..
