It's all in how you set it up. We had a BMW 335I & now there's a M3 sitting in the driveway. The 335I had 35 series 18's, the M3 rolls on 30 series 19's & rides just fine. A 40 series on air w/enough shock & suspension travel will be the same.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

What does rim size have to do with sidewall height? You can have "band aid tires" on 17's or 18's too.

GVizzle- I think the 22's all around would rock. We mounted Keiths up here in Houston, and lets just say it left me with some hard feelings.

Re: Project "Old Aux"

Made some more progress today. Removed the entire front suspension and crossmember; removed the entire rear suspension; removed the exhaust; removed the brake and fuel lines; and INSTALLED the new DROPMEMBER!

The new DropmemberV3.2 (it's pretty sexy if I may say so)

I like a nice set of bare frame-rails!

Welded in the rack notches.

In with the Dropmember!

Re: Project "Old Aux"

Just an FYI...

We will be taking the truck down to the bare chassis, and having the entire thing powdercoated.

This build will also be sporting our new "Bolt-on Body Drop" kit.

It's best to send me an e-mail or PM with your phone number and a good window of time when I can reach you. That way I can give you a call and we can discusss it better and then go from there.

The chassis work is all stuff that I can give a solid bid on. Most of the sheet-metal and some other types of work are all "time and materials".
