The AMR Coatings over in Knoxville. They ran $195 to get done. I'll get a pic this Saturday at the car show I'll have it in.

Re: So, you get anything done this weekend?

Yip,
After a 3 month hiatus....(moved house)
pulled the cab off the chassis on Saturday Afternoon, stripped the bed.
Last night after work pulled the motor, transmission and propshaft.

I have next week off work so plan is to strip down to bare frame rails and get the frame blasted and primed ready for some two pack...

Finally some progress....

Cheers
Lee

Re: So, you get anything done this weekend?

Pulled mine out of the garage, cleaned the garage. Finished cleaning the frame rails, rust convertered them, cut off my shock mounts, started it up made sure the tranny still worked. Found out I have zero, nada, 0, no, and I mean NO brakes, when does it end. But I did get one of my seats back!

I put my mustang on dolleys so I can push it around the carport (no garage ) when I work on it and all the way to the wall when I'm done.

Well I got the starter mounted, driveshaft in, valve covers primed n painted, radiator and core support back on. Getting closer to firing the new engine up. Started sorting the under hood wiring harness out. 6 cyl harness, going with V8. I know, get a new one.

Re: So, you get anything done this weekend?

Got my youngest son's '71 4X4 running after 14 years of sitting. Rebuilt the carb, new fuel pump, new power steering pump, belts, hoses, and a nearly new 4 core rad. it fired right up, idled well and hardly smoked at all. Now the real work begins, brakes, interior, lift kit, cab mounts, rocker panel.....

I replaced my worn steering gearbox, and rotated the rubber.

Re: So, you get anything done this weekend?

Loaded the 64 Biscayne on the trailer and took it to the muffler man and had a set of Flowmasters installed , it hasn't been off the property for 5 years , so cleaned the shop while it was gone . The neighbors seem a little happier now that it has mufflers , lol , funny it doesn't sound much quieter in the car . Also while it was on the trailer i weighed it at the local Cenex dealer , 2800 lbs with no hood or frt bumper or interior , hoping to lose another 100 lbs when i switch the Cragar ss to Super Tricks , maybe . I am so pumped , i may make a run down the strip , still 4 weekends left before they close down for winter . Not 67 - 72 stuff , but it's what i did .
Later ............................................. 409 .
