Re: Makes my heart ache...
Sorry guys, It was inside the fence and I couldn't get a look at the seats or tailgate. I know a guy who works there so I might be able to look it over better after work.

Re: Makes my heart ache...
Thanks Roger, I've had a family matter come up that makes me not able to go until tomorrow. Where is it coming from Paris on 641? I got the camera ready and will try again tomorrow.

Re: Makes my heart ache...
Take 641 north. Turn right on Chestnut (Pizza Hut on right). Go 8 blocks and turn right on South 4th (also called 121). Go about 2 blocks and it's on the left hand side of the road.

Re: Makes my heart ache...
Thanks Roger. I just hope this don't turn into one of those owner and insurance debates that drag on for months. It won't take long this time of year for the rain to ruin the interior unless it's covered up.

Re: Makes my heart ache...
Well, when I ran by yesterday the fence was locked and no one was around, must have been out on a call. Maybe today...
The front clip looks good from outside the fence, but the hood or something is tweaked, it sits higher on the passengers side.. Rg

Re: Makes my heart ache...
I went to Murray and had to do a little talking to get access to the truck. It was between two other cars so couldn't get full side shots. Pictures are not in any order and all I can tell you is I'll try to answer any questions that the pictures don't. The truck is not as clean of example as the first picture showed. Just about every body panel on it shows some damage. Some would be an easy fix and I didn't see much in the way of rust. It was interesting that this truck still has the old A.I.R. pump and everything still hooked up and looks like it is intact. It has a small V-8 ? 3 on the tree no p/s or p/b. Hope this helps. You might be able to get a larger view by clicking on my photobucket and enlarge the one you want.

Re: Makes my heart ache...
Amazing, his back window poped out in 1 piece too!!!! Lucky the driver's side didn't get caved in like that passenger's side. Looks pretty scatch free for a farm truck. I'd say get him a new cab, some body work, and new tires and paint and he'll be back in business.

Re: Makes my heart ache...
I was not able to talk to the owner. The two guys that were there at the tow yard seem to think that the owner is going to keep it. They said he was having a dispute with the insurance company about the worth of the truck. I think the guys that I talked to were just employees and are more or less guessing or repeating gossip. They first denied me access to the yard telling me to view the truck from outside the fence. I hung around for a while and asked everything I could think of so they may have told me ok just to shut me up. So except for the pictures I really don't know much. Meathead 95 It was better than average on the rust issues. I forgot to get pictures down in the fenders but remember they didn't look bad. Luv don't know what to tell you about the gauge cluster. The number that raggedJim posted will be the best bet to get answers but you will have to talk to the owner or somebody besides the two that I talked to.
