PS bracket issue on '71

Background. This PS/Alt bracket was added so PS can be put on truck soon. The alternator pulley is approximately 3/8" off from the crank and fan pulleys. I've thrown 2 serpentine belts within 15 minutes now.

I am not sure what bracket this is from but there is no adjustment in a front to rear direction with it. In another thread lolife99 had recommended this bracket http://www.ebay.com/itm/194-215-230-...sories&vxp=mtr as a possible replacement.

I'm putting a pic here at his request and maybe someone can see something off but it's tough to get a good pick as the PS pump and upper radiator hose block the view. This pic is about a straight on as possible. PS is not ready to go yet and has no belt.
