yeah i did a burnout when the engine was still cold to see how it would hook up and while i was doing the burnout it grabbed real hard and it died

Cool lookin project you've got going. I was checking out the fuel cell ....I should have mounted mine that way. I put the 'dump' on the side and it interfered with the bed support.

the panels on top of the grill support should i keep them or just weld a piece of sheet metal to the radiator support im up for any suggestions

I'd just keep them. It all bolts together which adds a little more strength up there.
