The project is nearing completion I just didn't start this thread when I first started the truck a year ago. In the next few days you will see a lot more cool mods I have done. Just trying to keep all the pics in order of the work I did the best I can. Spread the word if you know others that may be interested.

Installation of body onto completed chassis. Due to difference in 1970 and 2003 frame rail height and design I had to reduce height of bed so I cut bed support ribs down to 1" height and capped them with 1/8" Chanel iron for support. Completely shrink wrapped the chassis to protect it while doing body fabrication.

Graphed the 2003 fuel door into the 1970 bed. Temp screwed. Weld it up later.
